1. Points are game credits

DEGEN Points are virtual in-game credits with no cash value. They exist only inside DEGEN GACHA and have no owner rights, claims, or voting power.

2. $MONK redemption (if launched)

If and when a $MONK redemption program launches, it follows official announcements only. Key rules: (a) snapshots are taken at the time announced in-app; (b) per-account redemption is capped; (c) a portion may vest linearly after TGE; (d) redemption requires a verified BNB Chain wallet. Registering does not guarantee allocation.

3. Burn mechanics

Portions of game fees and raid losses are allocated to a public burn counter. Burn allocation rules may change with in-app notice. Burn does not guarantee price appreciation.

4. Prediction desk

The prediction desk uses points only. It can never be funded or settled with $MONK or any token, and pays no real-money prizes.

5. No financial advice

Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of securities. Digital assets are volatile — you can lose everything. Play for fun, never with money you need.

6. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Access may be restricted where prohibited (including, without limitation, the United States, mainland China, and sanctioned regions). By playing you confirm you are not relying on us for tax or legal advice.
